Return and Exchange Policy

For Brand New Products

  • You may request a return or exchange if:

    • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery

    • You are not satisfied with the quality

    • A wrong item has been shipped

    • There is a size issue with the product

For Pre-Loved Products

  • Returns are accepted if:

    • The product has a major defect or damage not mentioned in the listing

    • The condition is not as described

General Conditions (Applicable to All Products)

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving their parcel to request a return or exchange

  • The product must be booked for return within 5 working days of receipt

  • The online return form  must be filled and submitted before sending the product back

  • Once we receive the returned product and it meets the above conditions, your payment will be transferred immediately in your provided account.
