Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Brandjatix. Please read our return policy carefully, as it explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in our store.

Return Window

You have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 323 012233 within 48 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship your item to the following address:

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via WhatsApp if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Undergarments and innerwear

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Sale items or gift cards

⚠️ Special Notice:

  • Self-defense tools (e.g., knives) – Customers must be 22 years or older to purchase. Brandjatix is not liable for the use of these products.

  • Household Electronics (e.g., LED TVs, fridges, microwaves, washing machines) – Brandjatix acts only as an agent for Adil & Sons Electronics. Any warranty, guarantee, or damage claims must be dealt with Adil & Sons Electronics or the product manufacturer directly. Brandjatix is not responsible for these products.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed in limited cases, such as:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Damaged product received

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. To request cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 323012233.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the bank account details provided by the customer.

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after your return is approved and received.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transfer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@brandjatix.pk or WhatsApp us.
