Shipping Policy

At Brandjatix, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier or courier issues, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email in case of significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We ship all over Pakistan using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment with our courier partner.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

Brandjatix is not responsible for such delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@brandjatix.pk with photos of the package and items.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please allow 7 business days for investigation.
